What age groups do you train?

We offer training for different age groups depending on ability and club structure.

Do you offer kids boxing classes?

Yes, we are currently rolling out junior boxing sessions and are main sessions are for 10 years and above.

Are classes for competition or fitness?

We offer both competitive boxing training and fitness-based sessions.

How often should I train per week?

Most members train 2–3 times per week depending on their goals and level.

Can I try a session before joining?

Yes, trial sessions are available so new members can experience training first
